Thorium and cobalt are separate material choices with different gathering routes. Thorium-bearing sandstone is recorded in Badlands and Desolate Basin; cobalt-bearing slate is recorded in Boreal Reach and The Everfrost, along with several Whisperfrost shore and shallow-ocean records.
